Duration: 6 Weeks
Session Length: 1 Hour Per Week
Format: Read assigned chapters during the week and join the group discussion session.

Time: 8.00am - 9.00am

Who Is This For?

Anyone wanting healthier relationships, greater emotional wellbeing, and practical tools for navigating life with wisdom and grace.

This course is for people over 12 years so we recommend arranging child care for younger children, as we won’t have space to cater for children in the course space. All minors (under 18) need to be accompanied by a parent at the course

Book Required

A copy of Boundaries by Henry Cloud & John Townsend is included in the registration fee.

Assessment

In order to be marked as competant, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on what they have learned during the course and provide feedback.
